Butter Making Bag

For when you want to make your herbal butter the old fashioned way. You simply pour your butter through the bag to strain out any particles leftover from the cooking process. Use 8 – 10 Grams of your favorite ground herb per stick of unsalted butter or 4oz of Coconut, Olive or Vegetable Oil. 1 – 2 Drops of sunflower lecithin (per stick or 4oz of oil) (optional). Temperature between 160° – 170° F, 2-4 hours; stirring occasionally. When finished pour slowly through the Easy Butter Bag; squeezing residual fluid out of the herb.
